The University Corporation for
Atmospheric Research (UCAR) is offering two free online propagation courses,
one each for HF and VHF propagation. UCAR is a respected consortium of more
than 100 North American colleges and universities. It manages the National Center for Atmospheric Research and
provides educational programs for the general public. The two propagation
courses are among them.
