North Korean DRM QRM on 80

Radio World magazine says that North Korea's international broadcasting outlet, the Voice of Korea, has resumed testing digital broadcasting using the Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) protocol on 3560 kHz. The North Korean broadcaster had previously conducted DRM experiments in the 80-meter ham band, but suspended them two years ago. According to Radio World, it isn't clear yet whether this is a limited-time experiment or the beginning of a new regular digital broadcast service.
