New Prefix for Niue

The island nation of Niue has been assigned the E6 prefix block by the International Telecommunication Union. According to the ARRL Letter, Niue has been "in free association with New Zealand" - some 1700 miles away - since 1974 and until now has used the ZK2 prefix.
