frequency information, operating procedures and other important information
that can be essential in a wide-scale emergency. According the
Newsline,
the
National Interoperability Field Operations Guide, or
NIFOG,
was written by agency staffer Ross Merlin, WA2WDT, and is available in print or
downloadable formats.
