rigs that are making big inroads into the U.S. market is that the quality of
the user manuals does not match that of the radios. Help is on the way, reports

Radio Documentation
Project is working to produce high-quality, in-depth, open-souce manuals for
Chinese-built handhelds. The first one completed is for the Baofeng UV-5R
